Two large detached five bedroom houses in a conservation area in the centre of the village, each set in about a third of an acre.

The individually designed houses are being built well above current building regulation standards and are expected to achieve level 3 under the Government’s Code for Sustainable Housing. This should ensure a considerable reduction in the carbon emissions and running costs.

Each house includes four reception rooms, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and garaging for four cars. In each case additional accommodation is provided over one of the garages.
